Regeneration of the Mariánské Hory housing estate

The urban-architectural study proposes revitalizing the housing estate with an emphasis on community space, pedestrian connections, and unified street furnishing. The concept uses a system of circular areas with various functions – roofed meeting spaces, play and workout zones, a water feature, perennial flower beds, and relaxation areas. The design preserves valuable greenery and adds new plantings. The aim is to restore the identity of the place, strengthen social interaction, and create an attractive public environment with the possibility of gradual phasing.
