Reconstruction of a family house in Nová Ves 

The study of the reconstruction of the building for recreational housing rearranges the layout with an emphasis on the opening of the space, natural lighting, and connection with the exterior. A spacious kitchen with a dining room and living area is created on the ground floor, complemented by a fireplace and direct access to the terrace. The attic is transformed into an open-plan loft with areas for work, relaxation, and social activities. The exterior preserves the historical window mouldings and plaster in the color of unbleached cloth. The project includes the conversion of a farm building into a summer kitchen and an apartment. The architectural expression combines tradition and contemporary lifestyle.
