Family house in Staré Heřminovy

The design of the family house compactly utilises the sloping plot and its orientation to the cardinal points. The structure consists of a rectangular block complemented by a recessed corner, covered by a mono-pitched roof with a green surface and preparation for photovoltaics. The layout of a five-room apartment with a kitchen and a double garage connects the living spaces with the terrain and a greenhouse in the basement. The concept emphasizes the work with the terrain, the creation of green terraces, and the symbiosis of the house with the garden. The project offers a modern approach to multi-generational living and an organic connection of the house with its surroundings.
