Family house in Baška

The design of new building of a family house is intended for all-year-round family housing with a clear separation of social, private, and relaxation areas. The single-story L-shaped masonry building combines a mono-pitched and a flat roof, complemented by a lightweight cantilevered structure on the western façade. The layout includes a ground floor with a living area, two rooms, a winter garden, and a wellness area. The design respects the scale of the surroundings, naturally connects to the garden, and develops the possibilities of contemporary family architecture with an emphasis on comfort and visual lightness.
