Company headquarters Slezan Holding a.s. in Frýdek-Místek

This mixed-use building, which serves as the company’s headquarters, complements the historical buildings of Frýdek and was created in close cooperation with the heritage preservation authorities. The architecture is based on the existing building footprint and traditional elements, which have been reinterpreted in a modern form. The building combines corporate spaces and residential units, uses a masonry structure and gable roof, and works sensitively with the surrounding terrain. The layout is designed with regard to operational relationships and access to the garden. The project supports the values of the historical environment and cultivates its further development.
