Architectural study of a family house in Opava

The architectural study of a family house for a young family reflects the future development of the household and the need for a variable layout. The layout allows the upper floor to be separated over time and operational costs to be minimized. The house is situated with regard to the railway on the north side, the utility garden faces north, while the recreational area is oriented towards the living spaces. Two geometrically distinctive volumes and structural elements for shading create a balanced, functional composition, highlighted by the entrance greenery.
