Reconstruction of a family house

The architectural study of the reconstruction of a family house from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries combines authentic historical elements with current housing requirements. The concept preserves the original double doors and stove, complementing them with large French windows, terraces, and direct access to the garden. Two separate residential units were designed (three-room apartments with a kitchen), reflecting the flexible use of the house. The project also includes the restoration of gravel paths and respect for the historical character of the structure. The design brings a modern standard to the historical building with an emphasis on continuity and sensitive additions.
